COLLECTIVE INVENTORY

Like its predecessors, Inventory 03: Experience of a City showcased limited edition/short production run objects that celebrate design while encouraging us to think about its role in our lives. Timed to coincide with Design Miami/ and Art Basel Miami Beach, Inventory 03: Experience of a City cast a wider net geographically. The exhibition featured the work of both renowned and emerging designers with connections to four cities— Miami, Brooklyn, São Paulo, and Caracas— and considers their explorations into the relationship between urbanity and humanity. The opening reception for Inventory 03: Experience of a City was held Friday, November 30, 2012; a second reception took place as part of the Design District–wide party on Thursday, December 6. Inventory 03: Experience of a City: ran November 30 through December 9, 2012 in the Miami Design District’s Buena Vista Building.

Each box has two concealed storage spaces and one open shelf. Each separate box also acts as a shelf.

Assembly of three units:
121 x 92 x 20 cm
